Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand their project needs, and drive sales growth on the sales floor. You will build relationships, create quotes, and coordinate delivery while promoting Lowe’s loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with store teams to ensure a seamless Pro customer experience and consistent results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of experience providing customer service and resolving issues with customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify project opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers’ businesses and project needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to complete projects on time.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts.
