Job summary

Lowe's in Raynham, MA is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, build relationships, and drive sales growth. You will learn project scopes, prepare quotes, blueprints, material lists, and manage orders and deliveries tailored to each Pro customer’s project.

You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, coordinate with store and delivery teams, and maintain a tidy Pro Desk while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales.
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs including scope, timelines, and material requirements.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure timely project completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
• Utilize Pro programs to win sales when items are unavailable in-store.
• Partner with salesfloor and delivery teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe's training platforms to stay updated and improve selling skills.
