Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers on the floor, understand project needs, and drive sales opportunities. You will create quotes, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries while promoting Lowe's credit and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a retail environment with comprehensive associate benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• External customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail experience (6 months).
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products to customers.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and driving growth.
• Learn Pro customers' project needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
