Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-ins. You will also manage returns, upsell where appropriate, and promote current sales programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting with credit accounts, and building strong relationships with key pro customers while ensuring store cleanliness and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Walk-in customer needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Experience with auto parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
