Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers and quickly resolve requests at the counter. The role includes upselling and cross-selling to boost average transaction value while maintaining clean, organized stores and accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities also include handling returns, managing daily credit accounts, and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Must have safe driving record with reliable navigation.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
