Responsibilities

• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage stocking duties.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend products.
