ETS Performance in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Director to lead the PRO ATHLETE program and train athletes from youth to pro level. After a 3‑month training period at our Minnesota HQ, the role may advance to directing the Pittsburgh facility with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth, high school, college and professional athletes.
• Ability to guide and motivate athletes to reach UNCOMMON results.
• Willingness to grow with the ETS training systems and leadership track.

Responsabilités

• Perform 3-5 new athlete evaluations weekly.
• Arrive 30 minutes early to work each day.
• Be on the training floor during ETS sessions and lead by example.
• Interview and hire new staff/interns each semester/quarter.
• Follow and adhere to ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual.
