Lowe's is hiring a Pro Sales Associate to drive Pro customer engagement on the floor, build relationships, and promote Pro programs. You will identify project opportunities, quote and order materials, and coordinate delivery to ensure project success.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, fulfillment, and outside teams, maintain a clean Pro Desk, and use Lowe's training resources to stay updated on products and services offered to Pro customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience, including resolving issues and greeting customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and building relationships.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders and deliveries aligned to Pro projects.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts and increase transactions.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk and support store operations.
