Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision. You will apply nursing principles to meet the needs of residents across age groups and participate in care planning as per the individual care plan.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document outcomes, and collaborate with a interdisciplinary team. This PRN, on-site role requires flexibility to cover varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• North Dakota IV therapy/management requires approved program or course.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Supervised life-span clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.
• Unencumbered LPN license and ongoing CEU/competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
