Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support care planning and safety protocols within the unit.
