Good Samaritan is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision and deliver medications and treatments as required.

Responsibilities include documentation, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring resident safety and comfort. Requires an LPN license and relevant training; weekend and one weekday shift per month is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If IV therapy/management is required in ND, complete an approved IV therapy program or course.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Maintain clear documentation of resident care and outcomes.
