CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) at Greenbriar Healthcare Center in Boardman, OH. Join our in-house therapy team delivering patient-centered care to residents.

The position requires a SLP license and degree; you will evaluate, plan, and direct therapy for communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs, and collaborate with the rehab team and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen residents' medical charts and develop treatment plans.
• Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative programs to improve communication, swallowing, and cognition.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in monitoring speech and swallowing strategies; attend interdisciplinary meetings.
