Job summary

Eduro HealthCare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the PRN team in Belle Fourche, SD. The role focuses on resident care across long-term care and rehabilitation settings, with daily pay available and a commitment to Eduro HealthCare values.

The SLP will evaluate and plan rehab, supervise CFYs as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
  • Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate SLP rehabilitation plan.
  • Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
  • Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
  • Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Supervise the activities of CFYs when required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
  • Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Rolling Hills Health and Rehab is currently searching for a talented full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PRN team!

Belle Fourche is located just 10 minutes from Spearfish, SD. Speech Language Pathologist Requirements
