Job summary
Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
- CCC(s) required, or CFY candidate.
- Comply with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
