Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan invites a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to join our campus-based team. You’ll provide screenings, evaluations, and treatments across the continuum of care for residents, supporting daily living activities with emphasis on swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults in therapies preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current valid state license (for state of employment) in occupational therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, and Payer guidelines and ASHA requirements; ensure documentation, billing, resident rights, and compliant care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs and support personal care plans.
