Greenbrieroftyler in Tyler, TX invites a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team. You will evaluate residents’ swallowing and cognition, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement AAC strategies to support independence.

We value ASHA certification, Texas licensure, and the ability to work with diverse patient personalities. New grads welcome; flexible per diem scheduling, competitive compensation, and collaboration with nursing and therapy colleagues.

Formación

• Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA Certification.
• In good standing in all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents' swallowing or cognitive deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to increase independence.
• Provide AAC systems for individuals with severe expressive/language disorders.
• Coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures (MBSS, FEES).
• Provide training to clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Provide accurate billing records and supporting clinical documentation.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard resident information.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements.
