Advocate Health in Albemarle, NC is seeking a part-time PRN Respiratory Therapist to support the Atrium Health Stanly Respiratory Therapy Services. You will administer oxygen therapy, operate ventilators, and monitor patient responses to treatment across units, including critical care settings.

This role requires NBRC credentialing as an RRT, state licensure, and BLS. Advance certifications per facility may be required. Join our team to help deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and NBRC-licensure required.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy program; associate degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; advanced certifications per facility.

Responsabilités

• Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies to achieve adequate oxygenation.
• Operate and monitor mechanical and non-invasive ventilators.
• Assess and adjust plans of care per protocol and patient needs.
• Document therapy results and communicate with the care team.
• Perform blood gas sampling and interpret results.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all settings.
