Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• 2 years of appropriate clinical experience.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders.
• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other care providers; act as team leader or charge nurse as assigned.
• Maintain the environment of care, infection control, and safety compliance.
• Participate in professional development and performance improvement activities.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma

2 years clinical experience
