Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Home Health in Louisiana to join our elite team delivering the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place.

You will assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, educate families, and coordinate with the care team while maintaining HIPAA privacy and safety. Qualifications
