Job summary

Elara Caring in Garden City, KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Home Health to join our patient-focused care team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and follow plans of care, and monitor patient progress in home settings.

You will educate patients and families on safety and treatment, protect privacy under HIPAA, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, timely nursing support across assigned

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of approved nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN).
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
