Premise Health Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to support our Centralized Staffing Pool across Northern and Central New Jersey. You will float to centers in West Trenton, Princeton, Piscataway, New Brunswick, and more, with 5 shifts per week and daytime hours.

Requirements include an RN license in the state, BLS/ACLS, and nursing experience in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care. Premise offers a competitive pay range and benefits such as a 401(k) match and wellness

Competenze

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or AS is required.
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• Current hands-on BLS/ACLS certification is required or may be contract dependent.
• Experience in emergency/OH/ambulatory care settings is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within scope.
• Maintain equipment and infection control; ensure safe environment.
• Maintain and update patient health records.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
