Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool. The RN provides nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics, ensuring safety and applying evidence-based practices.

Requirements include ASN or Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years’ experience in a specialty, NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS. Night shift, 36 hours per week. This role is hourly with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• 1–2 years’ experience within specialty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid NJ State Driver’s License.
