Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool across Utah Valley hospitals, delivering care in Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, and ICU with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, adapt to varied clinical settings, and maintain documentation to support patient outcomes. Competitive night shifts, relocation support, and cross-training incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Utah (or compact)
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain a BSN within 5 years of start date

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in multiple departments (Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, ICU)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe patient-centered care
• Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient populations
• Cross-train across multiple specialties with potential incentives
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation to support patient outcomes and team communication
