UnitedHealth Group seeks a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our Washington, DC team. You will perform Long Term Care insurance assessments, gather demographics, physician details, and medication lists, and evaluate functional independence in ADLs/IADLs.

The role requires strong tech skills to use a field-appropriate, real-time documentation system on a laptop or tablet, plus the ability to work independently in diverse home environments.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments regardless of client background.
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information and medication lists.
• Evaluate claimant's functional independence (ADL/IADL).
• Perform brief cognitive screening.
• Document in a field point-of-care system in real time.
