Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments by collecting claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list.
• Evaluate claimant's functional independence (ADLs/IADLs) and perform brief cognitive screening.
• Use a point of care web application on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation.
