Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to work in diverse home environments regardless of client background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Collect claimant demographics, physician information, med list; evaluate functional independence.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and assess ADL/IADL tasks; document in real time.
