Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to visit sites.
• Ability to document accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Collect claimant demographics and physician information.
• Obtain current medication list and evaluate functional independence.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and assess ADL/IADL tasks.
• Document findings in real-time using a laptop or tablet.
