Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in practice state.

• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in diverse home settings and environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and current medications.
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence and ADL/IADL abilities.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and document findings.
