Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, medication list, and evaluate functional independence.
• Conduct brief cognitive screening and evaluate ADL/IADL capabilities.
• Use a laptop or tablet with a point-of-care web application for real-time documentation.
