Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments in the field.
• Collect claimant demographics, physician information, and current medications.
• Assess claimant's functional level of independence (ADL/IADL).
• Conduct brief cognitive screening and real-time documentation via laptop/tablet.
