Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments as a PRN RN Field Assessor.
• Collect claimant demographics, physician information and current medication lists.
• Evaluate functional independence via ADL and IADL tasks and perform cognitive screening.
• Document findings in a real-time, laptop/tablet web application.
