Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.

• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Gather claimant demographics, physician information, and current medication list.
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence (ADL/IADL).
• Conduct brief cognitive screening and document results.
• Utilize a point of care web application on laptop/tablet for real-time documentation.
