Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of client background

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and current medication list.
• Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence (ADL/IADL).
• Conduct brief cognitive screening and document findings in the web app on a laptop or tablet.
