Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments as part of field work.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information and current medication list.
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence during assessments.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and assess ADL/IADL capabilities.
• Use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation.
