Qualifications

• RRT certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• NRP and STABLE required when NICU assignments apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer advanced respiratory treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Orient patients to treatment modalities before procedures.
• Perform ABG punctures and report results promptly.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures as assigned.
• Conduct pulmonary testing and other diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain safety, PPE usage, and infection control compliance.
• Document treatments and patient responses clearly and thoroughly.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
