Qualificações

• 1–3 years of respiratory experience in acute care preferred.
• RRT certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required; NRP and STABLE if NICU involvement.
• State-specific neonatal certifications if NICU work.

Responsabilidades

• Administer advanced respiratory treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and ABG punctures as needed.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Ensure PPE use and infection control compliance.
