Qualifications

• RRT certification required or current eligibility.
• ACLS and PALS certifications recommended.
• Strong patient assessment and ventilator management abilities.
• Experience with EMR documentation and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Administers advanced respiratory treatments and monitors patient responses.
• Orients patients to treatment modalities before procedures.
• Performs ABG punctures and reports results promptly.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures as needed.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Ensures accurate documentation and infection control compliance.
