Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
• Hold the RRT credential.
• For ER, PALS is required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care as ordered by physicians.
• Consult with physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Act as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
