Bradford Health Services is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings at our Warrior, Alabama facility. Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Alabama.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and patient care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
• Conduct telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms to identify abnormalities requiring intervention.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric settings, adapting to patient population needs.
