Bradford at Warrior is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team in Warrior, AL. The RN will provide direct patient care across medical settings, educate patients and families, and support individualized treatment plans to promote recovery.

Responsibilities include wound care, infection prevention, emergency response, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold an RN license, completed accredited nursing program, and BLS certification.

Competenze

• RN license in the applicable state or region (required).
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor’s).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in direct patient care in hospital/clinical settings.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care including triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Perform wound care management as ordered by the provider.
• Implement infection prevention and control protocols.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Use de-escalation and motivational interviewing to re-engage patients.
