Bradford Health Services is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Louisville, TN facility. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) completed.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in hospital/healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical/surgical nursing principles and patient care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
• Conduct telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms to identify abnormalities.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric settings, adapting to patient needs.
