GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home health care on a PRN basis in Madill, OK. You will manage patient care with autonomy, delivering skilled nursing assessments and treatments in clients’ homes while building strong relationships with patients and families.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient time, independent scheduling, and meaningful end-to-end care, including hospice support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in home health, hospice, med/surg, or critical care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
