Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Stillwater, Oklahoma. In this full-time role you will manage your own patients, deliver high-quality care in the home, and support recovery or hospice, with autonomy and meaningful patient relationships.

You will perform skilled nursing, create care plans, monitor progress, educate families, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ year clinical experience in home health, med/surg, or critical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients' homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
