GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice support in Ardmore, OK. You’ll manage your own patient caseload, deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes, and build meaningful relationships in a patient-centered setting.

The role offers autonomy, one-on-one patient time, and a supportive team with strong clinical leadership to guide you in delivering care from recovery to end-of-life support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of clinical home health, med/surg, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and assessments in patients' homes.
• Develop and manage individualized home health and hospice care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
