Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice/home health team in Tulsa. You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and develop personalized care plans for each patient’s needs.

This full-time role offers autonomy and meaningful work, with one-on-one patient time and the chance to support patients from recovery through end-of-life care. A current RN license and 1+ year of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred (home health, hospice, med/surg, or critical care).
• Strong communication and clinical judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
