Job summary

Goebel Fixture Company is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home health care in Duncan, OK. The role emphasizes patient-focused care, autonomy in managing caseloads, and meaningful interactions with patients and families in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice).
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
