Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health, PRN. You will provide skilled nursing and in-home care, build patient relationships, and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

The role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule and care plans, with opportunities to work with a supportive clinical leadership team. A valid RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
