Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home health care and hospice support in Shawnee, OK. You’ll manage patient care plans, deliver skilled nursing services, and collaborate with physicians and families to support recovery and comfort.

This role offers autonomy, strong clinician leadership, and meaningful one-on-one patient interactions. Active RN license, 1+ year in home health or related clinical settings, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice).
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
