Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our dedicated team in DeKalb, IL. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver nursing care according to physician orders, while protecting privacy under HIPAA and reporting changes to the care team.

You should have an active RN license, 1+ year of clinical nursing experience, and be willing to travel to patient homes. Home health experience is preferred; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients up to 50 pounds and travel between homes.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

The base salary for this position is $55 dollars per point, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
