Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.
• Perform brief cognitive screening and evaluate ADL/IADL abilities.
• Use a point of care web app/system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation.
